"I was never very keen on Rhubarb until I started using this recipe. I used to cook it for my partner, but didn't eat it myself. Thwn I started to use this as with the crumble recipe that accompanied it that included pine nuts in the mix and now I am hooked!"

"Great soup, but as previously said it would comfortably serve 8. I left my potato a little too large so I will change that next time. This is my favourite minestrone so far because you are getting plenty of veg."

"My partner made this last minute and fell asleep while it was baking! Still moist enough to get away with just removing the dark edges and it didn't seem to affect the taste. I shall have a go this Christmas"
