"Made for a BBQ recently and everyone commented how lovely was! Wasn't sure how it was going to turn out because the mixture wasn't looking very appetising in the frying pan! But it turned out great! Will definitely make again! :)"

"This has become a firm favourite with my boyfriend and myself. I par-boil the broccoli before adding it to the wok as the first couple of times it was really hard, and I'm not a fan of hard veg! I also add egg fried noodles in at the end! Delicious! "

"Made these for a picnic and they turned out great! Big bigger than I was expecting, and I had quite a bit of the mixture left over - my brother ate it out of the pan so problem solved! Agree it should have meat of sorts in, but would make again, and experiment"

"Wasn't sure about this at first, the butter, flour and milk started to look like a ball of dough! But when I added the cheese it all came together beautifully. Have passed recipe on to my boyfriend as an easy alternative to pasta, tuna & beans! "
