"Tried it out for a New Year's eve party and it was fab. Easy to do and impressive. Slight trouble getting biscuit crumbs to stick to side of tin, but otherwise no problems. I left out the alcohol as lots of kids who don't like the taste. I wondered if that was the problem for those who's tores didn't set - too much alcohol stops icecream freezing and perhaps being heavy with the Frangelico could upset this too. Only gripe - more of a terrine than a torte?"

"Sounds fab with rave reviews, but what about this plastic folder in step 2? This has happened occasionally before with missed ingredients/utensils or even added ones part way through."

"This is fab! I use various chicken joints and just adjust the cooking time as required. I love the lemony potatoes and mashing them into the lemony juices. Yum!"

"I've done a very similar recipe and served it on a bed of mashed sweet potato (baked in skins, then peeld and mashed with a little extra creme fraiche) - absolutely delicious"
