"I made this for a dinner party and can't recommend it enough. As I'm not a 'top chef' I made sure I was well prepared beforehand, tapped the recipe to the wall and attacked it with great enthusiasm... making most of it up till the main cooking time. It fit into two pie dishes so we had it for the rest of the week too. My starter was this: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2733/mozzarella-with-tomato-and-chilli-salsa which was nice and light. I'll definitely be making this again in the future."

"My very first attempt at a pie - was hard work but very tasty. I'd brush the pastry top with milk or something to make it bake better (mine was quite dry) but I'd definitely try this again. A good way to use sausages! "
