"I'm not quite sure why it's called grilled either but no matter coz it tastes delicious!! Spur of the moment recipe as I'd picked up some reduced salmon and thought I'd freeze it but having browsed the site I found this and decided to make it anyway even though I didn't have any lime, coriander or fresh chilli. Instead I used spring onions (as per recipe) and dried chilli flakes and that was perfect with some new potatoes left over from the barbie yesterday!!! Will definately make this again, maybe even with the right ingredients!!! lol ;D"

"Made this for my mother in laws birthday at the weekend and although it was really easy to make, it took longer to cook (about 45 minutes) and tasted really bland and disapointing. I have definately made better chocolate cakes before. The adults didn't like the texture of the bran either. Although saying that it was demolished by the 5 kids over the course of the day (plus doggy bags!!) Oh and for anyone worrying about the tin size - if you have a local cookware shop ask if they have a rental service as this size is quite common in the foodie world..."

"So easy and yummy, a firm favourite in our household!! Haven't had any problems with the potatoes being runny only thing is I always forget is the recipe is only for 2!!!! I also add cheese (and sometimes breadcrumbs) and grill at the end."

"Just made these and they are DELICIOUS!! Well, at least my daughter and I think so. My Hubbie and son don't like raisins so all the more for us!!!! So easy to make, except I found it really hard to beat by hand until the fruit was in and then it mixed much easier and my oven is a pig so I had to cook them for 35 mins at fan 160 but it didn't dry them out at all. 1st time I've made these and I will DEFO do it again, might even make some to give away......"

"The chilli definately gives it a kick - the kids weren't too happy about that, I think I will use smoked paprika next time too. Also the sauce was quite runny and although I served it with rice and it soaked some up, I think I might reduce the stock amount slightly too."
