"Loved the idea of giving the dry ingredients as a gift for christmas but thought I'd try making the muffins first. Total thumbs up from this family. Personally I would add a bit more of the cinnamon and mixed spice, but still lovely. Might try them again with a bit of apple as well. Definately favourite for us though. "
