"This was really nice! Like a kedgeree but even better. I used leeks instead of spring onions as suggested and they worked really well. Next time I'll try it with peas too as it could do with a bit of colour. Definitely making this again! :)"

"I loved these! I made them with 50g of coconut and they were amazing :) The crunchy topping was lovely and the muffins were perfect and fluffy."
