"I really enjoyed this and thought the sauce was really tangy, also it actually closely resembled the picture! I did change it around a bit by swapping the suggested veggies for beansprouts, and think I'll try adding cashews next time. I agree that the sauce isn't 'sticky' but it was thick enough to give everything a really nice coating, didn't bother adding that splash of water. The only negative thing I'd say is that is you include the prep it takes longer than 20 mins (or maybe I'm just slow lol)"
