"I've made this a few times....and find it quite tasty. I also add a chopped red chilli, and a splash more soy sauce...and also let the onions brown a bit longer, to give a bit more flavour. I also think a sliced green or red pepper would szhoosh it up a bit :o)"

"Delicious! I added some fresh lime juice at the end, and a chilli to the laksa paste and coconut milk (which you can now buy in Tescos ethnic aisle by the way :o)...and some crushed peanuts at the end! Was really lovely. Will be doing again!"
