    Raspberry & milk chocolate cheesecake

    Tested

"This was my first ever cheesecake ive made & it was so easy & really quick. I used frozen Raspberries, Lindt Milk Chocolate & Philadelphia cream cheese. It tasted unbelievable - creamy, rich but not too sweet. Definately the best Fridge Cheesecake ive ever eaten! (go on try it...its worth the calories)"

Butternut squash with spiced lentils & feta

    Tested

"Absolutely delicious! A new favourite! I didn't have pinenuts so used sunflower seeds -worked perfectly. I also left out the tahini yoghurt & pomegranate seeds. I used Red Lentils as I couldn't find Puy. I had it as a main course, and my boyfriend had it with a meat on the side. Works perfectly either way! ENJOY!! "

"I enjoyed this soup but it definately wasnt a favourite. My first problem was that I doubled the noodles, and so that left very little broth. Second to that, I didnt like the idea of just slurping up chicken stock cubes! I enjoyed the fresh flavours of the ginger, veg etc. but maybe next time I'll make my own stock or use better quality. I can, however see how it can be a cure for a cold. "

Tagliatelle with mussels & crème fraîche

    Tested

"I have made this numerous times, and its gets MORE AND MORE DELICIOUS!! We can't get enough of this dish! I just can't believe how something so simple, can be so good! Last night we only had a few frozen mussels, so we supplemented with a packet of frozen seafood mix. Worked fantastically as well. I use a whole tub of creme fraiche (in South Africa it comes in a 250g tub), and very seldom worry with the tarragon. Also used spaghetti as I was out of tagliatelle....still most delicious! ENJOY! "Made this for the 2nd time, and its becoming an absolute favourite!! This time round I only used half of the lemons juice, as found it a little too overpowering last time. I used tinned tuna, and used about 4 anchovies (as we love the little devils!), and wholewheat fusilli pasta for added fibre. I added some sundried tomatoes, and it turned out DELISH!!! We also love this meal as its soooo super healthy, with all the fresh uncooked ingredients. "
