"Absolutely amazing - loved loved loved this so much. Will definitely become a regular make. Mmm tastes even better reheated for lunch today. I was sceptical and thought the rice may turn out like mush, but followed instructions exactly and it was perfect - reheated fine too. Don't be tempted to cook for longer than it says - 5 minutes seemed contrary to what you might think, but trust the recipe. the only changes I made were a wee pinch of powdered cinnamon, not having a cinnamon stick. Also, added several handfuls of frozen peas, this really added to the colour and the taste. Can't wait to make this again - I'm so delighted with how good it was."

"Great recipe and a great find. Simple, easy to prepare yet delicious. Healthy wintery comfort food, ideal for a quick midweek meal or saturday night dvd curl-up fare. I added garlic too and plenty of the stuff (a garlic fan!!) and used instead for the topping fat free fromage frais, simply because that is what I had in the fridge. Definitely will make again - and soon!! "

Chicken, sweet potato & coconut curry

"Fantastic Recipe!!!. Highly recommended. I substituted the curry paste with in fact red thai curry paste, and added a bit extra garlic. I will definitely make again - and will try with standard curry paste. Leftovers for lunch today in work and a friend (who would not eat a curry for love nor money) has commented on the 'absolutely delicious' smell. As per is the usual with midweek meals I prepared the night before eating and well, can only imagine that this enhanced the flavours, allowing everything to soak in."
