"I used 100g of flour, 200ml semi-skimmed milk, 3 large eggs topped up to 200ml with extra milk. Served them with chocolate spread, strawberries and brandy squirty cream (which I bought by mistake!) We usually have ham and cheese for main course then sweet fillings for dessert. One user said these were bland - all pancakes are bland unless you add sugar or vanilla etc to the batter or serve them with fillings."
