"I started this recipe by frying some chorizo and red peppers before adding the rest of the ingredients. I also added some chilli flakes and just used a couple of tins of whichever beans were in the cupboard. It was really tasty, I love beans so I was bound to enjoy it but my husband is not such a bean fan but he liked it too! Served with grated cheese, sour cream and garlic bread."

"This is an excellent recipe although mine took slightly longer to cook - about 15 minutes - but because I made an extra one I was able to test that one and leave the others in the oven. The recipe was easy to follow and they came out of the dishes very easily. I served mine with cream whipped with disaronno. I warmed my spare one up in the microwave and ate it the next day - it was still delicious!"

"I gave my husband the recipe to follow. He's a novice but managed this no problem. We didn't have any shallots so replaced them with a red onion. It was really tasty and I shall be requesting it regularly! "

"This is the first thing I have made from the website and I hope all my other efforts are as well rewarded. It was delicious! I made it in the slow cooker and the meat was beautifully tender. I served it with rice this time but next time I will stick to crusty bread and possibly a green salad - there will definately be a next time!"
