"This is a tasty dish for a warm day. I halved the amount of oil, and used a couple of tablespoons of chilli sauce rather than a chilli. As a result I didn't need to use the reserved cooking liquid. Next time I will cut the zucchini/courgette into match sticks. A subtle taste, very enjoyable"

"I didn't use the antipasti marinated mushrooms. I added a small chopped onion and chopped garlic clove, cooked in a tiny amount of olive oil for 5 min, then stirred into the couscousalong with fresh mushrooms[sliced] halloumi and parsley and a pinch of saffron. It was delicious."

"Fabulous! I heated the onion and chickpeas with the oil and vinegar before combining the remaining ingredients. The caramalised tomatoes were delicious. I will certainly make this again."
