"Delicious and so easy to make, the second time I made it I substituted the walnuts for crispy smoked bacon and added some parmesan shavings to finish the dish nicely."

"Absolutely lovely - have made several times and always been a huge success. Also made with Beef but substituted the bacon for black pudding and this also was delicious."

"Really enjoyed this and so easy to make - I made the following changes : Marinaded the chicken in chinese 5 spice before cooking for about half an hour. Added red, yellow and green peppers to the carrots. Added 1 fresh red chillli and 1 tbl spoon of worcestershire sauce to give a bit of a kick. Garnished with spring onion rather than corriander. Made this for a few friends who all really enjoyed it and were amazed at the low fat content."
