"Beautiful. Tasty. A winner. Made with a mix of 6 wild mushrooms we'd collected and used sorrel from the hedgerows instead of the spinach. Needed an extra 100mls of wine as dried up towards the end of cooking. Will use this basic reciepe in the future. "

Roasted tomato, basil & Parmesan quiche

"Very yummy. I made the pastry with butter and added 25g grated parmasan cheese once I'd rubbed the butter into the flour. Loved the idea of roasting the tomatos, made the filling less soggy than in most quiches. I did a mix of tomatos and courgette. Will certinally make again soon."

"Wonderfully easy and ever so tasty summery pasta dish - unusual and would use for a special meal for friends in the future. It fed 5 people in our house. I would suggest boiling the spag while gently frying the fennel to make it even quicker. Used grated parmasan as had no other cheese and it worked fine. Will make it again for sure!"

"Very tasty, I used butternut squash and carrots instead of the pumpkin. Was running late so just bolied it on the hob for 30 mins and served it as a stew with folk sprinkling grated cheese on the top."

"Really tender chicken, tasty sauce. Served with mash and steamed veg."
