"This dish tasted great, but I did need to change the Parma ham for bacon, as that is all I had in the cupboards. Also I left the skins on the broad beans as they always taste better, plus less work :-D If you don't have any sherry vinegar I used dry sherry, and that was fine. Not sure on the size, as it wasn't very much for two adults, perhaps next time some more potatoes, and maybe a leek/onion would be an interesting mix. Still a dish which disappeared very quickly :-)"
