"Amazing! Made this as a birthday cake for my Dad. It was very moist and tasty! After baking in the oven for the recommended time it was nowhere near ready - i would suggest baking for about 40-45 minutes as many have already said, and don't worry about the rapidly darkening colour of the tops of the cakes - its nowhere near burning! Great recipe!"

"I baked mine for about 10-15 mins at gas mark 4, fan assisted - had to keep an eye on them though....mine inflated in the oven! Tasted good though! "

"I used a muffin tray to bake these meatloaves, it made 4 decent sized loaves, and came out really easily as I oiled them before baking. I added some extra Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons of Coleman's mustard which added some flavour, but I found I only needed to use half an onion. I reckon I will make these again :)"
