"This was lovely could not find polenta so left it out and the pastry still tasted lovely!! The sweetness of the tomatoes really complemented the taste of the parmesan. We normally eat Quiche hot but it was much nicer cold!"

"My partner cooked this for me for when I got home from work, we've only ever had Risotto cooked on the hob, the texture of the rice when cooked in the oven. It was so soft and yummy. I thought it was quite sweet and it was like it needed something to equal out the flavours, but overall a brilliant job Edd!"

"This is such an easy and tasty recipe, I think I might of over done it with the golden syrup, if you can! It was so nice and eventhough I was cooking tea I couldn't resist a spoonful or two to test it! I will definately be cooking this again."

"I love risottos and I'm always looking round for new ideas. This one was lovely and easy to make, however, I did find it very salty so I think next time I might try Veg stock and maybe add some parmesan. Would it work?"
