"Having read the other reviews I reduced the amount of stock (600ml) and left out the honey. Used Waitrose frozen mint rather than fresh. Cooked in the slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Served with cous cous and peas. Delicious."

Moroccan-style chicken with lentils

"Didn't read the recipe properly so ended up frying the spices with the chicken rather than using as a rub. Replaced the ground coriander with sumac and added a chopped yellow pepper with the onions. Having read other reviews only used 500ml of stock; cooked in the slow cooker on low for 7 hours. Absolutely delicious, will definitely make again."

"Added some garlic to the onion, then added sweetcorn and peas to the risotto before putting in the oven. Delicious."

"I use kidney beans in chilli sauce which gives a lovely rich sauce. Delicious served with jacket potatoes, cheese and guacamole on the day its made. The following day I use what's left over (about half) mix it with approx 300g of cooked pasta, 1 tub of bought cheese sauce then put in the oven for 30 mins at 180. (Serving for 2 adults and 2 small children)"

Greek lamb with orzo

"Made this in the slow cooker and therefore reduced the amount of chicken stock used. Really easy to make and delicious. Will definitely make again."
