"Yum! I mixed in a grated courgette which was delicious. With regards to cooking I had them on quite low and fried them gently for about 10 minutes."

Cheesy Swiss bake

"Great recipe, simple and delicious. I used a raclette-type cheese that I picked up at a french market and it still worked very well. I wasn't sure what would go with this and so just served it with a simple salad. Does anyone have any ideas as to what to serve this with?"

"I made these as I had a heap of left-over mashed potatoes. This was truly yummy and extremely easy to make. I made the Hollandaise with lemon rather than chives."

"I love this dish - hearty and healthy. I used some yellow smoked fish as well to make it look more interesting. This dish is very simple and worthwhile. Leftovers can be easily be adapted into fishcakes. "
