"A really easy & tasty pie, the only thing I changed was to add a sliced onion in with the leeks which gave a little extra flavour. Just the thing for a hot evening here in Greece & of course served with a nice Greek Salad."

"As I live in Greece I'm always looking for something simple for the hot evenings here.....& this is just the thing! I poach chicken breasts with some "Chicken Seasoning" & leave to cool in the water, which keeps the meat nice & moist. Don't find spring onions here very often, so use sliced red onion & I always add a couple of thinly sliced Roasted Red Peppers in Oil (a very useful Greek product)."

"Made this for supper last night........was so disappointed! It was tasteless & the only "Good Food Recipe" so far that hasn't been a success!"

"As we live in Greece I made this with local Feta Cheese & some fresh Thyme that I picked while out walking in the hills. I left the skin on the potato & also par-boiled the potato slices for 3 minutes We don't have creme friache here so I used Greek Yogurt. It was superb & has already become a Summer Favourite served with a Greek Salad"
