"Added some sun dried tomato strips & used cheddar in the pastry as hadn't got any parmesan. Scrummy. Even my daughter liked it and she doesn't like tomatoes!"

"Dead easy! This the first time I have cooked scallops (believe it or not) and we were well impressed. Served with a green salad and sliced avocado which added a softer creamy texture to the plate. Lovely !!"

"Excellent. Used boneless thighs and put 1/2 in freezer for later. Re-heats v. well. although needed a little more liquid after re-heating in the oven."

"This is brilliant and so simple but looks very professional. Also good using Parma Ham to replace the smoked salmon. I did this for Christmas Day starter as my mum-in -law doesn't like smoked salmon. I called them Proscuitto, Avocado and Goat's Cheese Parcels."
