Chocolate marble cake

"Just making this for the second time. Lovely and so easy to make. I split the mixture and make it in sandwich tins so I can fill with chocolate butter icing. Delicious! "

Wild mushroom, chicken & bacon risotto

"Loved this recipe and considering I'd never tackled a risotto before it turned out surprisingly well ! The only thing I didn't like was the porcini mushrooms as they were gritty but the next time i did it i just added extra normal mushrooms and stock. "

Herby lamb cobbler

"Lovely dish but didn't really do well with the cobbler bit , they didn't rise and tasted dry. Seems a common problem looking at previous comments. Will try with dumplings next time I think. A real comfort food! "
