"Slightly agree with KJF - this needs a *lot* of seasoning - I added a large pinch of salt and a generous amount of salt for just me. But with that seasoning, I thought this was a really light, refreshing pasta dish. "

"Really fantastic recipe, and so easy (the only cooking being boiling a kettle!). I added some chilli to the salad, as suggested above, and added a bag of rocket leaves to make it a bit leafier. I also used a tsp of mustard in the yoghurt as that's what we had in, and it tasted great with the mackerel. Had two generous portions of salad leftover for lunches the next day - I guess without my addition of rocket you'd probably have at least one portion leftover."

"Just to add to my earlier comment - I had frozen half of mine after cooking, and they were fine defrosted and then re-heated in boiling water for a couple of minutes."

"Just to add - I froze half of the fritters (after frying), then defrosted them and warmed in an oven for around 15 minutes, and they worked fine."

"Agree that these could be slightly more spiced - I added a tsp coriander seeds and 1/2 tsp of dried chili flakes, and increased the amount of ginger and garlic slightly, and they ended up about right! If you're used to spicy food, you might want to add even more."
