"A really delicious filling salad. Gnolias - I used supermarket bunches (20g) of the herbs to serve two people - but then I really like my herbs!"

"I followed the advice above and left out the breadcrumbs, leaving me with a lovely moist pasta. I also used rosemary as I couldn't get hold of thyme - it seemed to work just as well! "

French bean & duck Thai curry

"I used (cheaper) duck legs to make this, which I roasted beforehand and then removed the meat from the bones. A really interesting thai curry, something different to the usual chicken!"

"I used the same quantities listed here as a main course for two, which was just about right. I made half the amount of butter, though, and still had some left over! A lovely simple recipe with great impact and taste."

"Not a fan of this at all - all the individual components were lovely, but they didn't seem to go together well - there was too much going on. I'd think about doing this again, but perhaps without one of the squash or spinach."
