"Really delicious. Started making it after I'd put a load of chicken legs and thighs in the oven, then once it was ready, covered the meat with the sauce and finished them off for another 15 mins. Went really nice and sticky with a good spicy kick! I didn't have any cider vinegar or tabasco, so substituted white wine vinegar and worcester sauce. Will definitely make again."

"Good cake recipe. Would probably have benefitted from some moist icing as its quite a plain sponge, but nice nonetheless. Very pretty too!"

"A great, quick and easy recipe. I've tried it with chorizo instead of bacon too and it was lovely. Served it to my parents-in-law and even they were impressed!"

Braised chicken chasseur

"A lovely dish that I've made several times. I used 8 chicken legs to serve 4 people, added red wine instead of white, thyme and parsley instead of tarragon, and sliced carrots. The sauce only took 45 mins to simmer instead of the whole hour and I added 1/2tsp cayenne pepper, a large slug of worcester sauce and more seasoning before adding the tomatoes."
