    "I thought this might be a bit dry so I mixed the ingredients up with a table spoon of the yogurt then served with extra yogurt onion slices and lime juice. It was fabulous, tangy, sour, fishy, creamy balancing beautifully with the sweet potato....yummy "

    Farfalle with chicken, asparagus & pancetta

    "this is a great Saturday tea, a little bit of work, something special but still ready within the time it takes to cook the pasta if you have everything organised, I loved the lemon segments, suddenly getting that fresh, sour burst in your mouth along with the creamy cheesiness, I added broad beans (double podded) for some extra veg, will be putting this on the regular list :0)"

    "I love this soup and I am not a soup person! always remember to put the lime juice in at the end, I missed it out once and it wasn't as good, the lime juice lifts the flavours and give the soup a freshness."

    "we all love this, even the ones who dont like gnocchi or lemon! the bairns love the toasted pine nuts. When I doubled the recipe I got into problems with the gnocchi going sticky so now if there are more than 2 of us I serve it with some hot smoked salmon, or griddled chicken strips + a green salad or vegetable such as broccoli. How can something so stodgy taste so fresh and light, beleive me it does"
