"Delicious. The beef was cripsy on the outside but still a little chewy in the middle. I loved the lime sauce. I put the beef onto kitchen towel too. I was concerned that the beef would be oily but it wasn't at all. I think I will try using fresh chillis next time."

"Easy peasy and delicious, I used whole nut peanut butter and sieved the big bits out. It was really peanutty and not at all salty."
