    "It was dead good although probably not the best ever. I added a handful of fresh peas which gave a nice colour and texture to it and I cooked the egg and cream mix slightly as I stirred it through the spaghetti mix as we're not keen on raw egg in things. We liked the slightly scrambled effect. An easy recipe and one I'll probably use again but with my own variations."

    "A lovely seasonal pudding for this time of year, especially as I have a glut of red and black currants and raspberries from the allotment. I use brioche instead of ordinary bread as it seems to give a nicer texture. Also find that you don't need to add water to fruit as it cooks as enough juice comes out of the berries. I just add the sugar to the fruit whilst cooking. Great on its own but better with s splash of double cream."

    "Absolutely fantastic! THe pastry was well behaved and rolled and cooked beautifully and the flavoured cream wored so well, despite the rather unusual ingredients. The only thing I probably would not bother with next time is the balsamic vinegar on the strawberries as it gave them rather a muddy look and whilst it adds a nice flavour when they are on ther own, it wasn't needed here. I'll definitely be making it again though."

    "This is just so nice! I've made it a couple of times now and each time every bit has disappeared. And for some reason, it looks so good when it comes out of the oven, I've served it straight from the tin rather than transferring to a serving dish as I would with ordinary roast potatoes."
