"I found the sauce was taking ages to reduce and plus my little girls (twins 4 and a 3 year old) didn't like to look of the sweet pot chunks so I did my usual and liquidised the chunks into the sauce then put back with the chicken and peas, it did the trick for them and plus it thickened up the sauce perfectly. This is now a regular for my family."

"These are fab for a quick and easy lunch for the kids (and me!), I served them with baked beans and the kids (3 and 2) loved them. Makes alot so will freeze the rest."
