"loved it - more of a winter recipe, but enjoyed it all the same. I chucked in some new pot's to bulk it up a little as thought it would be too watery. also chucked some left over shredded continental meats....delish!"

"our microwave blew up the night before making this dish so i par-boiled the potatoes and sauted the leeks then layeres all the ingredients them shoved in the oven for 40 mins....oh and i added a clove of garlic to the leeks....delish!"
