"Not sure if I missed something with this but just found it really bland and not at all special. Perhaps will try again with some of the suggestions above (got this from the Good Food cookbook before looking on here) and add extra parmesan. Also used polenta that I made myself instead of ready bought - perhaps that would be better? Any ideas appreciated - thanks"

"Nice dish, very easy to make but not the best stir fry we've ever had and certainly not the best on this website. After reading the previous comments I added 4 tbsps of oyster sauce but still found that it was a little dry, perhaps it was because I also added some bok choi but felt that it needed a bit of veg. May make again but will have a good look on here first for other stir fry recipes!"

"Really great recipe, very easy to make and tasted lovely. Will def be making again and can highly recommend. I cooked it with haddock which was lovely. Yummy!"

"Excellent recipe. Really easy and very tasty. I cooked the salmon for slightly longer so it had a nice brown caramelised topping. Served with brown rice, yum yum! Will definitely be making again especially as so easy."

"Excellent - really easy and very tasty. Grapes went really well with the sausages and also liked the red wine vinegar. Served with vegetables & new potatoes. Hit and recommended!"
