"Fab sponge and so easy to make, really tasty and went down very well for husbands birthday. Added some vanilla paste to the buttercream, yummy. Will def be my favourite sponge recipe from now on."

"Really great dish, so simple and very tasty. I cheated and used ready to use puy lentils, just popped them in the microwave for a minute. Served with salmon, delicious. Will def be making again."

"Easy to make and very tasty. Even my husband who doesn't like peanuts wolfed them down! Cooked for just under 30 mins and would prob cook even less next time for added goo!"

"Easy to make and very tasty. Bit concerned about how much mixture to keep back but worked out fine. Will be making again. Not crumbly at all as others suggested - maybe I did it wrong but tastes good anyway!"
