"I made this in the slowcooker as I had slightly tougher cuts of meat to cook and added sliced black olives instead of whole ones and it easily fed 4 (admittedly two children but both have healthy appetites). Loved it, we had it with some polenta. "

"Loved this but made with cubed chicken instead of just thigh meat. Asda don't seem to sell sundried tomato paste so used tomato puree instead. "
