"This turned out quite well, easy to make and delicious. I will make this again, only next time I might parboil the potatoes as I found that 10 minutes was not enough to get them soft. I think you could use frozen spinach, maybe microwave it to thaw it and then squeeze out the excess water as with the fresh spinach."

Toffee apple pudding

"I made this pudding a couple of days ago. I just now finished off the rest. You do need quite a big container, I used a souffle dish. It's certainly for people with a sweet tooth and there's probably quite a few calories in, but who cares? It could do with cooking slightly longer than stated. Anyway, I will be making this one again very soon!"

"I was really surprised how nice this was. Was a bit worried with all the different spices, but it gave the dish a really special flavour. We really enjoyed it, so this is certainly one to make again."

"The flavour of the lamb chops was really good with the marinade. We also really loved the pea puree, different but very nice."

"I made this yesterday and it came out really well. It makes a change to ordinary rhubarb pie. I did add a bit more flour to the egg mixture because I put in more than two spoonfuls of the juice and thought it might be too runny otherwise. Will make this one again."
