"Love Love Love this recipe and so does the whole family :o) I use a large piece of ginger, add a tin of chick peas and add tumeric, coriander and cumin as suggested. "

"Love it, love it, love it!!!! always add carrots! sometimes mushrooms sometimes cashew nuts ...this dish is a firm family favourite and never fails to please ....enjoy with rice, mash or crusty bread you cant go wrong ;o)"

"Didnt know what spring greens consisted of so used spinnach, leeks, green beans, pettit pois and some carrots. Mixed a veg and chicken stock cube together and added 3 tbsp of green pesto. Made far too much but went down a treat, dont think you can go wrong with this recipe delicious :o) "
