"Great recipe for those cold winter days, a nice change from my regular veggie stewy kinda soups! I add a touch of coconut milk, a pinch of chili flakes and then a squeeze of lime juice to serve to add a thai twist to it - jazzes the whole thing up to make it even more tasty!"

    Sausage casserole with garlic toasts

"Lovely! I use sweet sausages (+ sweet chili or apple) and bacon too, makes it nice and sweet. I also add red wine at the beginning and a tiny speck of chili. well worth it!"

    Steamed bass with pak choi

    Tested

"Nice recipe - I added the juice of a lime and put it in the oven (in foil) at 180 for about 20 minutes along with a few other veg. I think the pak choi needs a little water on it for it to cook thoroughly. or maybe just leave it in longer. I also replaced chillies with sweet chili sauce and a few chili flakes! "
