"I have to agree with Sally, the sauce could take a little longer to reduce. Also, I found the addition of half an onion and a dash of balsamic vinegar really helped boost teh flavour. Everyone really liked this new take on spaghetti, it was quick and dead easy to make- well worth a try."

"This recipe had a great tast and was well worth the wait. I found I needed to add a little more liquid to the sauce. When I do it again I'll reduce the cooking time though, I don't think the meat needs 50 mins."

"Really tasty wasy to cook roast chicken. I've dont this a couple of times and suggest adding the chorizo after the chicken has been cooking for about half an hour otherwise it ends up burnt."
