"I loved this recipe. Really tasty, I added carrots, extra oyster sauce and a bit of soy and it was magic. Tastes terrific served with basmati rice. Will definately make again. "

"I made these cookies and they were magic. I used M&M's instead of choc chips and they were fabulous, really stodgey and chocolately. I got lots of compliments. Will definately make these again. Many thanks for sharing the recipe Carol. "
