    "Made this yesterday using blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. It is amazingly good and looks just like the photo. I can see myself making this again and again. It took about 1hr and 10 mins in my fairly elderly gas cooker."

    "I made this for the first time yesterday. This is the chowder recipe I have been waiting for. It's so easy and adaptable. I used low fat milk and a mixture of fresh cod, smoked haddock and tiger prawns and finished it with a tablespoon of half fat creme fraiche. We ate it with my home-made brown soda bread. It was delicious and even nicer the following day."

    "It has no calories at all if you eat it standing up Debs! I've just made it and it is in the oven. It smells delicious and I can't wait to try it. Easiest cake I have ever made. Thank you."

    "I made this as part of a buffet for a family Christmas party. It was delicious and went down a treat with everyone. I used bought in frozen pastry to make life a bit easier. I used stilton, brie and Dubliner cheese. No need to add much salt as the cheese is salty enough. I used 3 eggs and half milk half cream instead of all that cream. May try leeks instead of onions next time. Can see myself making this again and again."
