"I am adding smoked bacon when I make this tonight for a bit of extra flavour. Lindsay - the tomato sauce is added at the layering stage just before the lasagne sheets."

"I oven-roasted the cod separately, after spreading red pesto & Ciabatta breadcrumbs on top. Popped fish onto sauce at end to serve. I also addes chopped onion to the sauce and a little extra chilli. Absolutely delicious and a great idea for a dinner party! Make it veggie by omitting chorizo and popping a large roasted mushroom on top. "

"Really lovely! I put the Soy Sauce into the onions, ginger & chilli mix after cooking rather than sprinkle on the fish and it was like a spoon over sauce. Yummy! It would also be good with chicken or pork fillet too. Will definitely make again ............. but a few more spring onions next time. Recommended for easy entertaining."
