"i used butcher sausages leek and herb,very tasty. i also added garlic and half a red onion and medley of mushrooms,skinning the sausages takes time. towards the end of cooking time i added some sun dried tomatoes. i would recommend this tasty dish to my friends. really enjoy BBC Good Food recipes. thank you."
