"Made this for my husband, he thought it was really nice, but has asked for onions in it next time i make it, and no nutmeg as he said that it reminded him of egg custard tarts! Note for bcnfoodie, i used a 10 inch tin and and was a perfect size. "

"A real hit in my family! We all loved it! I was a bit worried after reading one of the comments above that the rice wouldnt cook, but all went to plan. Lovely!"

"Delicious! Used a jar of butter beans, dried herbs and no wine but was still wonderful. Made it for tonights dinner and served with steamed veg. There is a lot left over as there is only two of us so I am looking forward to the leftovers!!"

"Another wonderful dish! The sauce was rather thick so i added a little frito that i had lurking in the fridge. Also added green pepper which was also hanging around! I used frozen cod and served with new potatoes and steamed veg. Fantastic."
