"I made this dish for my husband and myself with very little time to stock up on the recipe ingredients. I used lemon instead of orange, maris piper potatoes (cut into pieces) instead of new potatoes and fine beans instead of sugar snap peas. The result was fabulous and will certainly be made frequently!!!"
