All-in-one leek & pork pot roast

"I believe that the reason many folks (including us) found this to be a bit sour/acidic/whatever, is the bay. Even using 1/2 of the amount, we had a hard time with this recipe, and we won't be making it again (and we are leek lovers!)."

"We halved the recipe to keep from overwhelming ourselves with so much greens, everything went well. Was hard to crush the seeds, but we just used a rough sauce. The sauce was great, can imagine using for all sorts of other vegetables if bok choy is not in season or findable. @sue -- you can actually eat the veg without cooking, so the "quickly frying" should be fine (altho my husband does prefer cooking to a mush also)."

"How much is "3 blocks of noodles"? Tried this with fresh linguini, the noodles were fantastic. We found the sauce was a little too teriyaki-tasting, but it was generally OK."

"Followed directions, had no problem making them, but we just didn't like them -- the curry actually made them bitter, there were definitely too many peas, & the rugby balls didn't cook that well in the oven. Perhaps if we then fried them or something (but then what's the point, I'd make regular samosas)."

"Been wanting to make this forever, the photo is fantastic. In the end, though, it wasn't good, & I followed the directions exactly except that I had to cook the potatoes much longer @ 190C to get them tender. Would not repeat."
