"Loved, loved, loved the parsnips made this way. The carrots & salsify were less interesting, maybe because of the spice mix used. But it's hard to go wrong with parsnips sauteed in butter, and the curry seasoning makes a surprisingly good blend of tastes."

"Followed everything, didn't find this to be very interesting. I know, korma isn't often that interesting, but I am still searching for a really nice nutty creamy dish, I know the recipe is out there!"

"Fantastic! We made it with regular granulated sugar instead of caster type, and maple syrup instead of golden syrup, as we are in France and couldn't get those. Tasted better the next day, and even better the next (and then there wasn't any more). Will make many times more!"

"Good roast chicken recipe, but what made this stand out for us was the taste of the carrots. Even with regular large carrots cut into small rounds, and a regular chicken, this was great!"
