"I love the lime in this, it gives it such a fresh flavour, and different to a normal stir fry. Tasty, cheap, healthy and easy to make, a regular dish in our house."

"Does exactly what it says, quick, cheap and tasty. I make this regularly for those reasons. I don't bother with the ready made sauce, I use chopped tomato's, herbs, cumin, chilli flakes, stock, seasoning and a bit of sugar (stuff thats usually in a kitchen cupboard) and it's delicious. The chorizo gives it such a lovely flavour. Not sure what the previous comments of 'pants' and 'grim' were about, not very informative."

"This is a great easy recipe. I used a huge piece of pork tenderloin, it's such a good value cut of meat so I'm always looking for new recipes. The marinade is delicious, I used half a big orange as I was worried about it being overpowering and it was still very orangy. The pork was lovely and moist, you have to be really careful not to overcook it so it doesn't become dry, it would totally ruin the dish. Will certainly make this again, everyone enjoyed it."

Leek, potato & bacon bake

"I was disappointed with this, there isn't enough stock to cover and cook the potato and leek so they are mostly steamed and bland. I added more stock back to the mixture to try and get round this problem but it didn't soak in or add any flavour. I added thyme and still found it a bit bland. I'm going to sprinkle cheese over the leftovers, or perhaps make a tortilla, maybe that will taste better. On the plus side it was all cooked perfectly."

"Absolutely love this, have been looking for a good (and quick) asian soup base recipe and this is perfect, especially with the toasted sesame oil. I use whatever meat I have to hand, cooked chicken, or even sausage meatballs, and organic noodles which are so much more tasty normal ones. Delicious."
