"Made these for the first time with my 5 year old. Did half cranberry/half dried strawberry mix and used some pumpkin seeds in the seed mix. They're great - good taste with a lovely crunchy texture & have held together well (my big worry with lots of seeds etc!). Yum yum "

"Fantastic spice flavour and the cranberries add a lovely tartness. My cranberry topping didn't carmelised either but I plan to put them on earlier next time. A great alternative to Christmas cake that can made anytime! "
