"Absolutely delicious. I made it in a 1lb tin in the Aga roasting oven and covered it with foil for the last 15mins of cooking. It was so dense and moist and stayed fresh for days wrapped in cling film in a tin. I also didn't bother with the topping, lovely!"

One-pot chicken chasseur

"Not sure what I did wrong, but this recipe was bland and remained very liquidy even after lots of boiling down. I could not get the thyme even with 4 fresh sprigs."

Lamb tagine with dates & sweet potatoes

"Shoulder is lamb is hard to get and v expensive so I just used any lamb. The slowness of the cooking makes the lamb very tender. Great recipe for the Aga - delicious!"

"Base was nice and crunchy and easy to make. The filling of mascapone made it very rich, so I think you can use less of it, as it went very far. I sugared my fruit first, as the blackberries I used were a little tart."
