"A lovely recipe - A real taste of holidays! I substituted courgettes for the aubergines (anything to use up my glut from the garden!) and, to reduce the fat, griddled the courgette slices, which worked well. Served with a nice Greek salad. Yum"

"Love this meal. Duck can sometimes be a bit rich but the red cabbage is the perfect partner for it. Hubby loved it!"

"Made this tart for a midweek meal - mum and dad for dinner. Made it all the more easy because there was no pastry making involved. It was really sharp & tangy - a nice end to a meal. We served it with some vanilla ice cream. You could make it into a lime meringue with the leftover egg whites...."
