"I'm not 100% sure these qualify as muffins really. You can't eat them on their own, they didn't seem chocolatey or sweet enough. I did try adding choc chunks which lifted it a little but definitely required the custard. Will be searching for other muffin recipes."

"This is really easy and is a good one to impress. Goes very well with Gratin of carrots & root vegetables (as suggested). Recipe misses out the Garlic in ingredients. I used one clove, crushed which doesn't over power the lemon. Try not to make the lemon and parsley too water, but just enough to give a zing and cut nicely through the lamb."
