"Turned out to be completely raw in middle. Wish I'd read the comments about cooking it for longer than stated - I reckon it could have done with an extra 20 mins at least."

"Loved this cake and got loads of compliments. Didn't end up with crispy sugar bit on top of cake though. Don't know why."

"Very nice but extremely rich so don't make your serving glass too large. I cooked the biscuit for much longer than 12 minutes and they were still soft rather than crunchy in the middle. I removed the crunchy bits off the edges and put back in the oven to crunch up the middle."
